A democratically elected Governing Body manages the Society transparently, with accounts audited annually.
Beyond welfare, Thanal Society nurtures the arts and sportsmanship of Union Bank officers. We proudly host Dyuthi, the annual Cultural Mega Fest of the Union Bank Officers' Association (Kerala State) — a grand celebration of music, dance, drama and talent, alongside sporting events through the year.
