• Identity & membership details: name, PF number, membership number, tier and corpus records.
• Contact details: mobile number and email address.
• Nominee details you provide.
• Payment and mandate details required to collect your subscription — processed by our payment aggregator, Easebuzz.

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to administer your membership — registration, subscription collection, corpus and tier management, refunds, nominee records, and to communicate with you about your membership.

3. Payment information

Online payments and e-NACH mandates are handled by Easebuzz, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment aggregator. Thanal Society does not store your card, net-banking or full bank-account credentials; these are collected and processed securely by Easebuzz and the banking/NPCI network.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — Easebuzz (payments) and our email service provider (member communication) — and where required by law.

5. Security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for membership administration and legal/audit requirements.
